Who owns the website?

Do you provide content for my website?
I always recommend that you provide the content for your website. After all you know your business better than me. Alternatively, you can use a copywriting service like Upwork, Scripted, or WriterAccess.

Will you maintain my website for me?
Sure, there are a few web maintenance plans for you to choose from.

What if I want a blog or ecommerce site?
It all depends on how elaborate you need it to be. If it's a basic blog or ecommerce site with limited features then yes.
